  • Why can’t I buy all products from the online shop?

    Most of our products are available online, but we don’t sell some products because there’s a similar alternative sold on the shop. We don’t sell glass bottles of water online because it’s not easy to send glass bottles by courier! We also have some special online shop-only products which we sell on our website, including t-shirts and reusable bottles.

  • What is the delivery lead-time?

    Your delivery should be with you in 2-3 working days for larger orders sent by courier, and 3-4 working days for smaller orders which are sent by Royal Mail.

  • Who do I contact if I have an enquiry about an existing order?

    Please contact the online shop with your enquiry and someone will get back to you shortly.

  • Can you ship outside of the UK?

    We currently ship to all addresses in the UK. If you are in a different country, please email us to find out if we can arrange delivery of an order for you.

  • What is your returns policy?

    If you contact us within six months of placing your order to let us know that a product you have received is faulty, we will refund or replace your product.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • Can I cancel an order I have placed?

    You have seven days from the time in which you receive your order in which to change your mind. You must notifty us in writing (by email or post) that you would like to cancel your order. You must pay for returning the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • Where can I read further information about products?

    There is a lot of information on our website on the relevant product page. Use the menu at the top of the page to find the product in Food and Drink, or Household..

  • Where else can I buy your products from?

    In the UK, our products are sold in many supermarkets, high street stores and online retailers. Many shops, universities and canteens within business and industry also sell our products. If you are interested in reselling or distributing our products, please contact our sales team.

  • Do the prices shown include VAT?

    Where applicable, the prices shown in the shop include VAT – so you won’t get any surprises at checkout. If you require a VAT invoice (for example, if you are buying on behalf of your company) then please get in touch to request one once you have placed your order.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept payments by debit/credit card using the PayPal online checkout. If you have a PayPal account, you can also use this as well.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    The amount you will pay for delivery varies depending on the weight of your order, starting from £1.75.
