General Competition Conditions:
- Global Ethics Ltd (“Our”) competitions are open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. If you are under-18, you may ask a responsible adult (e.g. parent, teacher, leader) to enter on your behalf.
- Employees of Global Ethics Ltd, The One Foundation, their families or anyone else associated with Our competitions may not enter Our competitions.
- By entering Our competitions you are accepting these terms and conditions.
- The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- You may only enter a competition once.
- No purchase is necessary. No cash alternative is available.
- You will need to provide some personal details for online competition so that we may contact you as part of the competition or as a winner. Our Privacy Policy details on how we may use your details.
Festival Ticket Prize Draw 2010
- No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw, complete the competition form at www.onedifference.org/festivals
- The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on 28th August.
- Winners will chosen from a random prize draw.
- The first prize is a pair of tickets for Bestival, on the 11th, 12th and 13th of September 2010 on the Isle of Wight.
- Ten runner’s up will receive a One Festival Survival pack comprising of a jute bag containing 1 x 4 pack of One toilet roll, 1 x 500ml bottle One water, 1 x 500ml bottle One Vitamin Enhanced Water, 1 tin of One condoms, 1 x One handwash
- Prizes are not changeable.
- Winners will be contacted by 31st August 2010.
Festival Republic 2010 Texting Competition
- To enter you will need to text 80988 with the details as shown on promotional materials. Calls are charged at standard network rates – please refer to your network provider for details.
- There is no acknowledgement of text messages.
- There are fives prizes to be won at Latitude on each of day of the festival - 15-18 July inclusive: at The Big Chill on each day of the festival - 5-8 August inclusive: at Reading on each day of the festival 27-29 August inclusive and at Leeds on each day of the festival 27-29 August inclusive.

Prize winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by midnight on that day.
Winners will be contacted by 31 August 2010.
One Water scratch card promotion
- Players must be 16 years or over.
- Players should check that the scratch card has not been tampered with before they scratch off all the coating.
- Players should play responsibly.
- One free scratch card is given away at participating outlets with every purchase of One Water 500ml.
- Prizes available to be won are One Jute Bag, One Reusable Bottle and 500ml bottle of One Water.
- As prizes are won, the number of prizes in each category will reduce accordingly.
- The promotion closes when all scratch cards have been issued.
- You must be in possession of the winning scratch card to claim.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the outlet where the scratchcard was issued.
- The promoter shall be entitled to reject any winning scratch card if it has reason to believe that the scratch card has been tempered with or is not provided in accordance with the terms set out in these competition terms.
- The promoter serves the right to substitute prizes for goods of similar value.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion due to events arising beyond their control.

Australian One Fun Photo Challenge
Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

This competition is open to persons in Australian only, commencing 19/07/2010. Entries close 11:59:59pmAEST on 20/08/2010.

The Winners will be judged at Global Ethics Australia Pty Ltd 65 Berry Street North Sydney NSW on 02/08/2010.

This competition is based on a game of skill and will be judged accordingly. To enter the competition take a fun photo of yourself or with friends holding a bottle of One Water. Upload your photo on the wall of the competition page.

First prize is gold category general admission tickets to see the Qantas Wallabies V New Zealand All Blacks Test Match at the ANZ Stadium in Sydney on the 11th September plus a fan pack as first prize. Second and third prize will be a One Water goodie bag.

The prize winners will be notified via the channel in which their Photograph was submitted.

Multiple entries are allowed provided the Photograph submitted is unique and not the same as any previous submissions.

All entries become the property of the promoter and may be used (AT NO CHARGE) in print and all electronic media. The promoter may use the entrants' names, addresses and photographs for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final.

The content of the Photograph must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal rules, regulations, and laws.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winner does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.

Prize winners cannot:
(a) resell the tickets at a premium;
(b) resell the tickets through a broker or agent;
(c) advertise or offers the tickets for resale on the internet or in any other medium; or
(d) use the tickets for advertising, promotion or other commercial purpose (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, without the prior, written permission of the Australian Rugby Union. -
In the event of a prize not being accepted or claimed within 72 hours of being notified, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next valid entry received during the competition period that has not already been awarded a prize.
