Tjale M.M, Principal of Burgwal School wrote to us about the massive difference the PlayPump® has made to his school and the surrounding community.
Before the PlayPump arrived, children were getting water from the borehole. They were struggling to fill their buckets, as the pump was too heavy for them. We weren’t even sure if the water was clean or not. The arrival of the PlayPump has made a difference to us all. Our learners get clean, safe water. Even our vegetable garden is flourishing and we sell vegetables to the community.
We all know that water is the source of energy. Without water nothing can survive. We thank you for what you did for our school, educators, learners and the community as a whole.
