  • What is RSS or a news feed?

    A RSS or Really Simple Syndication, is a technical term for a news feed. It allows you to have latest news delivered directly to your computer or handheld device without you having to visit our website.

    Most popular web browsers offer in-built RSS reading to read your favourite news feeds. You can also download and use various news reader software or use an online reader.  They are excellent ways of keeping in touch with your favourite websites.

  • Where do I find your news feeds?

    Look out for the little orange icon at the bottom right of our new pages. Click on the icon to see the feed for that page or topic.

  • What news feeds do you offer?

    We offer a number of news feeds, specifically in our new or blog pages. You can subscribe to a particular tag, one of our bloggers, or a specific article.

  • How can I share an article with others?

    If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, click on the appropriate icon to share the news item.

  • How do I subscribe to articles by a specific blogger?

    At the bottom of each news article is a link to the author’s blog. Look for the RSS icon on the author’s page to subscribe to further articles.  You can also see a list of our bloggers.

  • Can I comment on a news item?

    We encourage our readers to leave comments on our news items. Look for the Add New Comment at the bottom of the article. If you already use other social sites such as Facebook or Twitter, you can sign in by clicking the DISQUS icon. Then type in your comments and post them.

  • Can I blog for One?

    Most of current bloggers are people who work for One and associated companies. If you are interested in blogging for us and have specific interest in our work, why not start off by regularly commenting on our news either on this website or on Facebook/Twitter.
