What it’s all about, lasting change

Vegetable Gardens are about lasting change. Educating and providing the tools for communities to have a future without hunger and poverty. It was brought home to me by a quote I received from Fred Mchinu a farmer in Malawi.

“I have broken the chains of poverty with my hoe and I can feed my family and still have some crops to sell.”
