A whole new world of jugsA whole new world of jugs

Jugs can refere to a number of things. The team at Global Ethics are very excited about one of them below.... can you guess which one ??

  • Jug (container), a vessel for liquids
  • Jug (musical instrument), used for rhythmic bass accompaniment
  • Jug (dog), cross breed between a Pug and a Jack Russell Terrier
  • Java User Group (JUG), a group of people who meet to discuss the Java programming language
  • Jug, nickname for the P-47 Thunderbolt
  • Jug, the word for "South" in some Slavic languages
  • An onomatopoeic representation of a nightingale's call

Jugs may be:

  • A slang term for a pair of women's breasts - particularly those of a large size.
  • Juggs, a pornographic magazine in the United States

Although the pug and jack russell cross sounds amazing it is our new One fridge jug that everybody is getting excited about!

These two glamorous mystery shoppers dropped into Robert Dyas in Stratford-Upon-Avon today to grab a One Fridge Jug each. The brilliant Laurence Stern and Gemma Hunt from Robert Dyas told them all about The One Foundation and PlayPump's and how just purchasing a jug or filter pack would help change lives in Malawi.

The two shoppers were seen leaving the store before the paparazzi arrived and their management teams were not available for comment.

Does anyone know them ??

I’m Matt Cooper and I run Global Ethics Investments (GEI). GEI acts as the licensing, partnership and investment arm of Global Ethics and funds the development of new projects within the group. I love cricket, am a very bad skier, and have just bought a kitten, which my wife has named Julian.

I love the fact I work with an amazing team of people who are focused on being commercially successful in order to change lives in some of the poorest places on earth. I love the way our partners, clients, retailers and supporters do everything they can to help One become the best ethical brand in the UK, and every other region we operate in.
